I workout 6 days a week and track everything I eat, but my scale has been stuck for months. I ended up purchasing multiple brands hoping to get some pills quickly. I purchased this exact product, PGCBE from PureHealth100, $12 for 30 400 mg capsules, Genesis Today which was $34, but is now around $19 for 60 400 mg capsules, Body Superior 500 mg, 90 capsules, currently going for $24, (it turned out to have fillers), and Super Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract, 60 800 mg capsules for $11 I decided to test them all. Honestly, I feel the same after taking these pills regardless of the brand, which is NORMAL but more mentally alert, and I definitely have a reduced appetite. I've been mixing brands for 3 weeks now, and I am down 6 pounds. Which doesn't sound like much but it's more weight than I lost in the last three months, so I'm pretty happy with the results. Believe me when I say, the other reviews with a 1 and 3 star are probably the only other REAL reviews. I lost absolutely NO weight with these pills! WHat a joke! I think someone had to hatch a plan to make a few quick millions of dollars on poor, unsuspecting people thinking they would lose weight. Shame on Dr. Oz!!!! With his own "in-house" participiants, he made it seem you only had to take these pills and you'd lose weight. Did not happen. I wasn't expecting anything outrageous, but I even hoped for a 1-2 pound weight loss per week. And I'm not super huge. I'm about 20-30 lbs overweight. And for the record I did watch what I ate while I was taking them. So I didn't eat a ton of calories over what I should. I did not exercise. I just stayed within my calorie range. Nothing.... Ive been taking it for 2 weeks & i've already lost 9 Pounds!!! (yes...that's real) & the best part is that I did absolutely nothing & I mean NOTHING different except for take 2 of these b/f every meal! I just started feeling a little more energized every day that I took them. & not like that awkward 5 hour energy energized (u know all jittery & stuff- which I hate!) but a really good, natural energy that I havent felt in YEARS! Another weird thing that happened to me was that I just wasnt as hungry as I usually was during the day. And let me just add that the people around me are all very happy to b/c when I used to skip a meal or be late eating I would get soooo grouchy! But now I don't feel like that at all!
