We decided to see what all the hype was about and try it for 2 weeks.I am a pretty healthy person who works out 4-5 times per week and eat healthy and clean. I watch my calorie in take and even when not working out I am very active. I have however hit a plateau in my personal fitness goals. I was hoping the pills would give me energy and not to crave sugar. This is not 100% pure extract. This is VERY misleading. It contains Magnesium stearate which is a dilutant. Also these tablets are 400 mg. I took the 2 a day with food as recommended by Dr. Oz. The first day I felt a little jittery. They claim that this only has about 1/5 the caffine of a cup of coffee. The second day I didn't feel anything, nor did I feel anything for the 3 remaining days. If anything I was more hungry and thirsty. It was most useful during late night and between meals helping suppress appetite, and was a savior during my cardio workouts giving me the additional energy needed. During recovery of injury, the 800 mg of Green Coffee Bean Extract gave the motivation needed to getback into regular routine. I tried doing research on this company and there is not anything that shows that they are an accredited nutritional health source. Skip this vendor and go with a reputable company.
