I used to take the green coffee pills as a dietary aid for weight loss and hunger curbing, but I'm not really a fan of popping pills all day to get the dose I want. This bulk powder is awesome. It is a much stronger dose than the capsules, and it's easier to consume. I like the fact that you can take a couple scoops and throw it in a smoothie for breakfast, or put it in a protein shake for a post workout meal.
