Found an article he posted on a website with the comment in his writings that "Bitter is better" regarding the extract. I did some more research and found that the true extract is very bitter tasting. Unfortunately I also found warnings and complaints that some people were receiving from various companies what was supposed to be the Green Coffee Bean Extract but turned out to be sweet cocoa in a capsule.So I thought, well, I'll make sure I only buy a Standardized one as that should guarantee that it's authentic (I wish)! This brand says on the label that it's standardized, so I was hopeful. When I received this product, a bottle was partially opened (damaged in shipping?) so I examined that one and saw a broken capsule inside with brown, not amber/yellow powder (the real thing is supposedly not brown in color).
