That's all the exercise I do and I've lost 19 pounds so far this product gives me all the energy I need to get through my workout as well as through the rest of my day. I never feel like I'm over caffeinated and it hasn't affected my sleep either. Just feels like I'm awake and alive throughout the day. Not eat buffet style. I had a really difficult time controlling my eating habits. If i was at home I would just eat throughout the day, just because food was there. After taking Green Coffee Bean, I did not feel the need to eat all the time. I began eating smaller meals and less frequently. I wasn't anxious to eat all the time, just enough to go on with my day.
