After hearing so many good things about green coffee bean extract I was excited to see what kind of results I would get. Well, the verdict is in...I lost 3 pounds which equates to about a half a pound a week. I also started weight watchers during this time too and I will usually lose a few pounds the first couple weeks of weight watchers.So, while this product wasn't a total wash I did not get the results I heard others got with this product. I just purchased green tea capsules and raspberry ketones, more supplements I heard about from Dr. Oz, and two that I've already had success with the first time I took them (7 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks!). It's not from the same source as the Ultra Green Coffee Bean product tested and reported on. It does not contain 50% chlorolgenic acid and it's not produced under FDA guidelines. How do I know? I bought this product and got nothing but the runs! You know you only get what you pay for. I decided to buy Green Coffee Ultra which meets the criteria set forth by Dr. Oz when he recommended green coffee bean extract in the first place and lost 26 pounds. So if you want to buy one bottle of this crap and get another bottle of crap free for $29.95 go ahead but if I were you I would google the real product, pay a fair price and get good results. I've lost 10 lbs., down from 185. I only take one a day. I'm very susce4ptible to caffeine, but get no jitters with the pill. The effect seems to be that I've become more indifferent to food, but when I go off it, if the food's there, I eat more. I also want to note that I've made a concerted effort to cut back on sugars and I'm sure that's been helpful. I think it's worth a try and am ordering two more bottles. |
