My wife originally bought it because of Dr. Oz. I started using it and it has really helped me drops some much need lbs. Once I got over my skepticism (and my wife saying "told you so") I bought a bottle my self. The second thing specific to this actual item is that it is 800mg, other bottles are only 400mg or less. Dr. Oz suggest 800mg 2 times per day.
