(Health and Beauty) I purchased the duo pack from life and food and after trying both I must say that I really got results with the Pure Green Coffee Bean Extraxt Lean. I was full of energy and it really curbed my cravings early in the morning and at night. I was not jittery nor did I have any problems sleeping. I was scared that there would be a bunch of stimulants in it and that was something that I did not want. I am a person that can do okay during the day and then blow it in the evenings because I get snack cravings. I take my last dose of this product before I leave work at about 5PM and I can go home and have a small salad and be well content. And I actually can turn down the snacks because I really don't want them after taking the pill. I have not lost a lot of weight (about 2-3 pounds per week) but I have noticed more energy and my belly has gotten slimmer. I do not exercise and pretty much eat what ever I want during the day. I have only increased my water intake and have cut back my eating... (Health and Beauty) I wanted pure green coffee bean extract. Although they use a sticker to cover it up this product also has gelatin, calcium carbonate, magnesium stearate. It's also in a blend with African mango extract, apple cider vinegar, kelp and grapefruit powder. I had read the reviews of the MaritzMeyer pure green coffee bean extract, and noted that it was crap, but failed to notice this was the same maker. I opened a capsule, and the predominant smell is cocoa like the other reviews said. I'd expect it to be a different color with all the additives but bottom line is, this is NOT what Dr. Oz was talking about. I would suggest Amazon boycott products from this manufacturer as they are a complete scam. (Health and Beauty) I saw this product on Dr Oz and figured why not try a weight loss pill that doesn't have any side effects. I searched for green coffee bean extract on Amazon and found this one that includes some Raspberry Ketone, another fat burning product recommended by Dr Oz. So I got it and boy, it has worked for me. I have so much energy, and it seams the fat has been melting off, i'm down a pant size already after just a few weeks. I haven't noticed any negatives using this pill, just the upside of losing weight and feeling better every day. Going to have to keep taking this and i think i'll be ready to take off my shirt at the pool (was too afraid to before, very embarrassing). I definately recommend this to anyone that wants to loose weight without all the hassle of counting calories and going to the gym every day. Of course it doesn't hurt to go to the gym a couple times a day, and you will definately have the energy to go to the gym taking this miracle pill. |
