In both instances I also took raspberry ketones since it was included with the green tea. I took the green tea and ketones combo for the first month and lost 11 pounds, almost three pounds per week. I then started taking green bean coffee extract but still took the raspberry ketones since there was still a bunch left. Another three weeks passed, and I was down another six pounds bringing my total to 17 pounds in just about two months time. What do they all have in common? Some level of caffeine which than means some level of Chlorogenic Acid. I am sure you have heard of Green Tea Concentrates before for weight loss, this is the same thing here, just a different source. Green Tea extract has been around a lot longer so if you are going to take an extract go there and save some money. Seriously, if you get nothing else out of my review, just save yourself some money and get green tea extract instead. Now why aren't Black Tea or Black coffee used, just because they don't sound as healthy on a name so there is no market for it.
