Buyer beware...these supplements are NOT 100% pure as DR. Oz recommends. They do contain fillers. They made me have cramps and was very bloated! Did not work.

It did give me more energy, but I did not lose any weight. Have an extra cup of coffee and save your money. Dr. Oz recommends so many products that it would be impossible to follow all of it. My advice is to take a multi-vitamin, eat a healthy portion-controlled diet, exercise for at least 45 minutes six days a week and get plenty of rest. It will be a lifestyle change that keeps your weight off, not any silly supplements that could potentially cause damage to some with other medical issues. Stay healthy! Ciao.

I didn't lose a single pound. To me this product was a waste of my money. I wouldn't buy it again.
