There are a lot of health benefits that are not very visible when taking green coffee bean so it was not a total wash. Increased circulation is one thing I read about it. I have poor circulation in my legs and it did help a little bit, so I am grateful for that. I did, however, like many other people get this product because of the weight loss claim Dr. Oz made on his show. I did not get any such results. I have listened to the recommendations of Dr. Oz in past and lost 20 pounds in a little over two months from taking CLA and raspberry ketones, Primaforce Max CLA 180 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder. Rather than paying $30 + $5 shipping I did some "creative Googling" and found them elsewhere. A LOT cheaper at iherb dot com. I bought 8 bottles at once and paid only $19.80 per bottle. Even at 1 bottle at a time they $21 with free shipping. Plus I found a $5 off first order coupon (MAV970).Since these were on the show they have been jacked up 30%-50% by most vendors. I have also found that the doctor, Dr. Lindsay Duncan, who was discussing them on Oz's show coincidently is also the CEO of the company who manufactures these pills (Genesis Today). Did some "linkedin" searching and found that info. This made me very skeptical about the pills AND Dr. Oz. AND Dr. Lindsay Duncan.
