The changes were not significant but I'm hoping the little changes I did feel in energy and appetite were not a placebo effect. Keep in mind that any capsule is not going to be pure green coffee bean extract. There are fillers in every one I have looked at. After doing the research I am pretty certain that, at the very least, there are other ingredients used as fillers in the capsules to make them 800mg. I tried a powder form of the same supplement, FREE Retinol Cream (Vitamin A 100,000 Iu Per Ounce) - 2 Oz With Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract Powder 50 Grams and right away I could tell the difference in appetite and energy levels. I don't feel hungry all the time and it is showing results. I have lost appox 12 lbs due to not snacking because I am not hungry. I would normally eat because I was bored and lonely now I am eating when I am hungry and not as much it seem to decrease my appetite.
