I took them for almost a month and lost close to 5 pounds which, trust me, is a big accomplishment for me in this time. I have had a hard time losing weight since I had my second child. My goal to start was to loose 40 lbs.I also started taking Primaforce Max CLA 180 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder since they are natural too minus the caffeine and any other additional ingredients that may I be over-sensitive. I had a friend who had taken CLA and Raspberry Ketones before and lost like 20 pounds in a little over a month.
