Like one of the other reviewers this product does a great job of controlling my craving for sugar. I've been drinking my coffee black and my tea w/o any sweetener at all. I used to have to have a Snickers everyday. Not anymore.I do exercise. Most days I go for a brisk walk for half an hour and then ride my stationary bike for another half hour, but I do this mostly to try to control high blood pressure. Cardio is supposed to help. I believe this product works well, but you have to take it. I believe I could have lost much more weight in so little time if I had taken it consistently, but some days I skipped just b/c I don't like to swallow pills of any kind even though these are about average size. I have also lost a few pounds so far which is a great start for me since normally nothing works. The biggest surprise for me is that I take one pill before I eat and I can not eat as much as I usually do.
